Our senior system administrator has over 35 years of experience in Unix system administration (SunOS, Solaris, and Linux), and over 30 years of experience in DOS/Windows-based systems (Win 3.0 – Windows NT 4.0 – Windows 11 / Server 2022). This means that you will always have a technician on hand via email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Anything else would not be acceptable. If there is ever a problem that we can not fix, we have a direct connection to the NOC.
