An autoresponder message is an email that is sent automatically to all senders. You can easily set such a message in DirectAdmin. Autoresponders are set per email accounts.
To create an autoresponder message:
- Log in to your DirectAdmin control panel by accessing https://yourdomain:2222
- Look for Autoresponders(underE-mail Manager)
- You will see the list of the current autoresponders. To create a new one, click the Create New Autoresponder link.
- Enter the Responder Address and Responder Message, and choose whether to CCa specific email address.
- Click the Createbutton. The new autoresponder will be created, and you will see it on the list.
