In most cases, Simply Web Services can have your account set up and ready for you to upload files in under 24 hours. This does not, however, include registering your domain name with InterNIC and populating it in DNS, which can sometimes take up to 72 hours. Under normal circumstances, you can expect 4-6 hours until everything is ready.
