You can use whatever host you prefer; however, some hosts may charge a small fee and have proven difficult to work with, as not all hosts are created equal. In fact, for some, it is just a hobby, so to speak.

It really depends. We don't mind making small design or feature changes, but if you are expecting a full redesign or adding a major function to the website while it's under maintenance, you will want to call us first to discuss.

There isn't a limit to the number of tickets that you can submit, but after a while, you will receive a phone call from us to see if we can streamline your requested changes.

We monitor your WordPress website 24/7/365 and manually log in to check your website once a week. We find that this solution is far more reliable than using a WordPress plugin for backups. This allows us to restore everything or just a file.

We take a snapshot of each client's entire hosting setup, including their WordPress data and database, every night.
