Crystal is typically the face and voice of Simply Web Services, with a long-standing, award-winning record in customer service. She takes your marketing identity seriously and regularly works to increase her knowledge. When not helping clients, she works on certifications or keeps up with industry trends to better assist them.

She has volunteered with various local non-profits through the years, from on-call hotlines and marketing to Officer positions on various boards of directors. During her off time, she spends time with family and their various rescues – dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, chickens- traveling, baking, and gardening.
