Crystal is typically the face and voice of Simply Web Services, as she has a long-standing, award-winning customer service history. She takes your marketing identity seriously and regularly works to increase her knowledge. When not helping clients, she is working on certifications or keeping up with industry trends to better assist clients.

She has volunteered with various local non-profits through the years, from on-call hotlines and marketing to Officer positions on various boards of directors. During her off time, she spends time with family and their various rescues – dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, and the newest additions, chickens; traveling, baking, and gardening.
