Joe is the man behind the scenes, keeping the servers humming along (updating apps, performing kernel updates, and addressing any break/fix issues), designing and maintaining websites, developing themes, and doing application design work, while also keeping up with the latest search engine optimization protocols. Joe is also the main graphics design person, making the logos, designing business cards and banners, and laying out brochures. Joe is also the one who does most of the photography and video work, include editing the videos. Clients seldom talk with Joe as he tends to get along better with computers than people.

Joe joined the United States Marine Corps in 1988, serving 10 years on active duty, where much of his early IT knowledge came from. He has earned and maintains many of his certifications on an ongoing basis. Joe is blessed to be able to make computers do just about anything, often bending them to his will, where the joke around the office is that he shows up and a misbehaving computer starts working correctly again.

In his off time, Joe enjoys camping, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, photography, coin collecting, and genealogy, tracing his and Crystal’s family back to the 1600s.
