The site of the month for October 2022 is Flues-n-Ducts.com.  Flues-n-Ducts.com is the website for The Chimney Sweep & Duct Cleaning, Inc., owned and operated by Jack Oldroyd of Stafford County.

The Chimney Sweep & Duct Cleaning, Inc., (The Chimney Sweep) is one of the largest chimney service and repair companies in the Fredericksburg, Virginia area, serving Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, and the Lake of the Woods. They are certified, licensed, and insured, offering professional services to their clients with the highest quality parts and unmatched workmanship for more than 25 years.

Not only does The Chimney Sweep clean fireplace chimneys but they also clean ducts and dryer vents. They also clean and install gutter guards. The Chimney Sweep & Duct Cleaning, Inc. is A+ rated by the BBB and 5 out of 5 stars there as well.

Jack contracted SWS in 2013 to perform modifications to his then website, designed by a third party. SWS did content modifications; HTML coding and graphics design for Jack. SWS maintained that HTML-coded website from 2013-2019 when Jack contracted SWS to design him a new modern WordPress website. Simply Web Services, not only designed but also hosts the new website on our Linux-based servers.

We designed a new logo for Flues-n-ducts.com and manage the in-house Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts for Jack as well. SWS also manages The Chimney Sweep & Duct Cleaning’s social media presence as well as their Facebook ads. We also manage Jack’s Google My Business (GMB) listings as well as his email marketing campaigns.

Recently Jack asked SWS to come up with a review system for him, where clients who receive his newsletter, are emailed after they have been serviced and are asked to submit a review for Jack. This is working very well with a very high success rate and because Jack does great work and has stellar business ethics, he is maintaining a five-star rating, keep up the excellent work Jack.

Jack is also a former active duty United States Marine, which goes along well with SWS, as Joe from SWS was a former active duty Marine as well. Being a Marine, Joe fully understands Jack’s drive and need for perfection in not only his chimney cleaning jobs but on his website as well.

Simply Web Services built a theme from the ground up for Jack and made it to his exacting specifications, right down to the last detail.
