At The Insurance Marshall LLC, the mission is to provide quality, affordable insurance services to Virginia communities with unrivaled warmth and hospitality. Their office, located in beautiful Fredericksburg, Virginia, proudly serves many counties across the state, including Spotsylvania, Stafford, Caroline, King George, and Orange Counties. We specialize in Auto, Motorcycle, Boat, Commercial Auto, Home, Mobile Home, and Renters insurance policies. We offer same-day, immediate SR-22 and FR-44 filings.
Project Overview
We were contacted by one of our very close and good friends, Mark Eldert, in 2010 about his desire to open his own independent auto insurance business. We had been friends with Mark for many years, and we were by his side as he pursued his new endeavor. Mark officially opened up The Insurance Marshall in 2011. We not only helped Mark with his website efforts but also, as friends, helped him open his new business.
Challenges
This is the second iteration of this website project, with the website growing and maturing with each version. There have been many challenges over the years.

We arrived on-site and photographed the interior and exterior of the business, as well as headshots of the employees at the time.
Cyber Security Management
The underwriter for their business insurance requires a quarterly cybersecurity scan of the website and on-site network (not managed by SWS). This scan is basically a PCI Compliance scan. We read and interpret the results and make the required changes and patches to mitigate any vulnerabilities found.
Graphics Design
We have designed a series of Facebook ads for the Insurance Marshall, along with other graphics work.

Conclusion
Mark passed away suddenly in 2020, and long-time employee Kimberly Brock took over the reins and eventually purchased the business from his estate. As you can imagine, this is not just a website for us, but a labor of love. We will always miss you, Mark.
