Project Overview
We, of course, developed our own website, which includes videos, a help desk, a knowledge base, and a client portal.
Challenges
This project is probably the most difficult of all we have done, since we are perfectionists, which makes it hard to ensure our own website is perfect.
Solutions
This was more of a new build than a redesign, as we reworked every page on the site and created several new ones. This design is built on WordPress and includes the BetterDoc knowledge base plugin and the JS Help Desk plugin. This project includes:

We manage on-page and off-site technical SEO, as well as monthly blog content creation. We have successfully improved the Google SERPs (Search Engine Results Page), securing the first or second position for the desired keywords.
