Once logged into the client area, click on the “Your Details” link to view or change your contact information. If you would like to change the type of payment (from credit card to mail in payment for example) or need to update your credit card information, please open a ticket with the details of your request and we’ll be happy to take care of it for you.
For your protection, the connection to our server during all client area transactions (including opening a ticket) are encrypted, but if you would prefer someone to contact you by phone to obtain the information, simply request it and we’ll gladly call you back – be sure to include a phone number and the best times to reach you.
